Frequently Asked Questions

What is your MOQ?

Stock sizes start from a single pallet. For custom printing, custom width or custom packaging the usual minimum is 500 rolls — tell us your plan and we will confirm the exact figure for your specification.

Can you print our logo on the protection paper?

Yes. We repeat-print your logo and contact details across the roll, in one or two colours, on both the standard blue label and the waterproof green label version.

Do you provide free samples?

Samples are free of charge. You only cover the courier cost, which we refund against your first order.

What sizes and specifications can you make?

Standard floor protection paper is 965 mm × 50 m. We also make widths from 600 to 1220 mm, thickness from 0.7 mm up to 3 mm board, and we cut masking paper, stair protectors and corner protectors to your dimensions.

What are your payment and delivery terms?

T/T or L/C at sight, with a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. We ship EXW through DDP by sea, air or express, and palletise wholesale orders. Lead time is 7–15 days after confirmation.
